Shipping policy

Every STRUT item is made to order. Nothing is sitting in a warehouse, so here is exactly what to expect.

Production time

Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships. Embroidered items can take slightly longer than printed ones.

Shipping time

Once your order ships, delivery within the United States typically takes 3 to 5 business days. International delivery varies by destination and can take 10 to 20 business days.

Total time from order to doorstep is usually 5 to 10 business days within the US.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, email us at hello@strutthreads.com.

Split shipments

If your order contains items made at different facilities, they may arrive separately, in more than one package, on different days. You are not charged extra for this.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order.

International orders, duties and taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are not within our control.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your cost.

Delays
